REV SHARON MARCIA TOWNSEND is the Senior Pastor at Junction Community Church, a branch of the New Testament Assembly. She has been a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor, registered with ACC & BACP for over 11 Years, providing individual and group counselling addressing a wide range of subjects.
Rev Townsend provides spiritual and pastoral care/counselling and encouragement to patients as a Mental health Chaplin, including; conducting regular church services for patients staying on the wards.
Rev Townsend is passionate about community work especially in the area of good mental health and currently facilitates a well-received  ‘loss & bereavement’ group every fortnight.
Rev Townsend has been married to Mervyn for 31 years and they have 3 grown up daughters.

DOROTHY DWYER is a member of Junction Community Church and a Certified Life Coach. For the past 3 years, she has worked closely with Pastor Sharon Townsend, facilitating the Loss and Bereavement support groups around London. Her work in training and Life Coaching has brought a complementary aspect to their joint ministry. She says it has been humbling and a blessing to be involved in this sensitive work. One of her personal ‘words to live by’ is Life Unlimited!

CATRINA SCOTT oversees the curriculum on which the Mercy Ministries UK programme is run. She loves the fact that she is living her dream of helping restore hope of a future to others, and is completely inspired by the people who keep going against all odds, whoever and wherever they may be. Her favourite verse is:
Jeremiah 29:11. (NIV) For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Kay-WEB

KAY LAWRENCE is an Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). Kay runs a private practice in Harley St, where she specialises in working with Toxic Shame and adult survivors of childhood trauma.
As a Clinical Supervisor, Kay provides organisational consultancy for charities that work with those disenfranchised in society.  She is on the Board of Trustees for Mercy Ministries UK.
Kay has set up and rolled-out voluntary counselling programmes in London for people who do not have access to private services.  She is a public speaker both nationally and internationally, and lectures on accredited training programmes.

REV GEORGE HARGREAVES

is known nationally as a Christian leader and social activist. He helped found the Christian Party and can be regularly seen on television debating current affairs or hosting documentaries. He is a Theologian and has an MA in Anthropology. He was recently awarded an Honorary Doctorate by Excel University. He is now CEO of Kingdom Cinemas Limited, the UK’s leading Christian cinema film distributor. His favourite scripture is from:
